In accordance with the provisions of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws as amended and by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals the directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), I voluntarily give my consent to the processing and storage of all my personal data, listed in this response to the job offer and in its attachments related to the job search (resume, motivation letter, etc.)., to the operator of the Worki information system of TREXIMA Bratislava, spol. Ltd. (IČO: 31364381), through the information system www.worki.sk within the Internet computer network. The purpose of the processing is to include personal data in the register of job applicants for a published job offer and help in finding a suitable job. Personal data to which these conditions of qualified consent of the user as a data subject apply will be published exclusively to the extent of the consent of the data subject for one or more specific purposes according to the selected functionality. The transfer to other parties (employers) in another EU/EEA member state takes place exclusively within the scope of the consent of the person concerned for the purpose for which consent was granted. The transfer of personal data to parties residing in third countries (outside the EU) does not take place. In situations defined by law, the operator may or is obliged to provide personal data on the basis of valid legal regulations to third parties, such as, in particular, but not exclusively: control authorities, courts, police authorities. This consent can be revoked at any time in writing at the address of TREXIMA Bratislava, spol. s r.o., Drobného 29/3431, 844 07 Bratislava or by sending a request from the registration e-mail to the address podpora@worki.sk or gdpr@trexima.sk, otherwise the consent will expire after 3 years from the date of its granting and the data will subsequently be pseudonymized and used exclusively for statistical purposes.
